Report statuses and drafts

Status labels
Each submission moves through moderation before it affects the public map. Status chips appear on the Reports tab and in notifications.
Common statuses
- Under review: moderators are checking evidence and location.
- Approved: the report linked to a public pollution site.
- Declined: the submission did not meet guidelines.
Track in the Reports tab
Open the Reports tab to search and filter your submissions. Tap a row for the full timeline and linked site.
Reports tab actions
- Filter by status such as Under review or Approved.
- Open approved reports to see the public site page.
- Read moderator notes on declined items when available.
Saved drafts
Leaving the wizard saves a draft locally with your current stage. Draft chips show photo count on the Reports list.
Resume a draft
- Tap the draft row in Reports.
- Or tap Report FAB and choose Continue draft.
- Discard draft from the resume sheet if you want to start over.
Offline and failed uploads
Weak networks may leave a submit pending. Wait on Wi-Fi before you discard or duplicate the same report.
If submit fails
- Reopen the draft and tap Submit again on Review.
- Check troubleshooting for camera or upload errors.
- Contact support if the same error repeats after an update.
Report credits reminder
Successful submits use report credits. Join eco-action or create an eco action to unlock more when you hit the limit.
See your balance
- Open profile and find the Report credits card.
- Read the cooldown message when all credits are spent.
- Verify event attendance to restore capacity faster.
