How points work
Points reward constructive participation. Common reasons include report approved, eco action approved, and verified event attendance.
Typical point events
- Report approved after moderation.
- Eco action approved for organizers.
- Verified check-in at a cleanup you joined.
Weekly rankings
Profile shows weekly rankings for reports, eco actions, and related activity. Rankings reset on a schedule shown in the app.
Ranking tips
- Quality reports beat rushed duplicates.
- Join eco-action and check in to boost event participation.
- Compare your rank with friends to stay motivated.
Report credits
Report credits limit how many standard reports you can submit in a period. The profile card shows remaining credits and retry timers.
When credits run out
- Read the cooldown modal on the Report FAB.
- Join eco-action and verify QR attendance to unlock more.
- Create an eco action after organizer quiz certification.
Levels and achievements
Levels group your lifetime points. System notifications may announce achievements or milestones.
Stay informed
- Leave the System notification group enabled for achievements.
- Open the points card to read recent reasons.
- Share wins in event chat, not public phone numbers.
Fair play
Moderators decline gaming behavior such as duplicate spam or fake check-ins. Play fair so rankings stay meaningful for everyone.
Avoid
- Mass low quality reports to farm points.
- Sharing QR screenshots to fake attendance.
- Harassing users who rank above you.
